So how are those resolutions going? By this time of the year, most people have given up on their resolutions. It happens, we’re all human, and no one is perfect, but something I don’t think you should give up on is living a healthy lifestyle. There are so many apps out there to help motivate and keep us on track. Below are some of the best health and fitness apps that help me stay on track.

Thanks for sharing these! I am definitely going to check out that Yoga Studio one. I’m not a huge fan of yoga either but it’s a great workout so I try to keep up with it.
I don’t know some of the fitness apps in your list. Will have a look at Fooducate and Yoga Studio ones. I love yoga 😉
I absolutely love the fitbit and MyFitness pal apps they certainly helped me in my fitness journey.
Love My Fitness Pal, I’ll have to check the others out.
Both my husband and I had fitbits when they first came out and it was fun for awhile. Now my husband just uses the app and anytime we travel, I’m always asking him how many steps we’ve done!
I need to check out these lol I am terrible about staying motivates and staying on track.
I’ve been dying to get a Peloton bike, but I didn’t know you could have access to the workouts without the bike. I will definitely look into the app!
This is great. I had no idea there were so many apps about health and fitness. I guess my daily workout is running after my daughter lol
I have to admit though that Fooducate is super interesting. Does it work on baby food too?
Fooducate sounds so interesting, I’ll have to download it and try it out. I use Myfitnesspal daily and fitbit occasionally, when I remember to wear it!
I have actually tried all of these apps and love them all! My Fitness Pal is my favorited app when it comes to keeping track of what I eat during the day
I have never tried any of these apps. I have tried a few but I am really bad about updating my progress
My Fitness Pal is the bomb- it’s best fitness and food tracking app I have ever used. Fascinated with Fooducate- can’t wait to try it!
My s4 came with a fitness app, and when I use it; it’s awesome. But I am so terrible about being consistent.
I seriously need to try some of these apps!
Love My Fitness Pal. I used it for years and years, until I stopped. I needed space on my phone for some other app for my daughter to play before she had her phone, and I hit uninstall. She has a phone now to play her games on, I really need to reinstall that one! I also love the Jawbone app. It works with My Fitness Pal, if you have certain Jawbones.
I just got a Fitbit 2 days ago so I’ve been getting to know the app and I am loving it so far! I will have to check out My Fitness Pal too!
I need to get on an exercise program, I have really fallen off the exercise bandwagon lately.
My app of choice is My Fitness Pal. I have had great results using it. I’ve lost 5 pounds already. Thanks for sharing
I like My Fitness Pal and I’ve never heard of Yoga Studio but I’m definitely going to give it a shot. I love yoga!
Thanks for this list! I feel like fitness apps are a great way to keep me motivated!
You have some fab picks here! I would also add Strava & Map my run for people who run – those are the ones that I use and absolutely love them, especially Strava- it’s like Facebook for runners! x
I’m always looking for new apps to try, definitely need to give some of these a try to stay motivated.
I had no idea Fitbit was an app too! It seems like there’s an app for everything you could want these days. Super awesome!
This is a great list of tools that can help in ones fitness journey. I really need to just get active.
These apps all sound amazing. I do have the Fitbit one and I’ve heard of My Fitness Pal. I might have to get that one as well.
I have been looking in to some apps for fitness but had no idea there were so many. I am gonna be installing one soon!
My favorite fitness app is FitRadio. I am obsessed. The music mixes help power me through my workouts.
Thanks for sharing these apps. I currently do not have any fitness apps on my phone. Looking forward to checking out the apps mentioned.
I am a Fitbit girl. I love how it keeps all of my stuff in order. I do have to say with a newborn I took it off bc seeing how little sleep I was getting was actually starting to make me depressed. I cannot wait to check out that fooducate app. I have never heard of that and it sounds awesome!
I love My Fitness Pal, and the Fitbit app. They make it fun and interesting to work towards your goals, for sure!
This is a great list. I will check some of these out. Two of my favorites are Runkeeper and Lose It.
Thank you for these apps. I can’t wait to play around with them and see which ones I like. I would like to try more yoga out but this for me is a definite go to the gym and do activity just so I know I’m getting the moves right.
I love the fitbit app! It definitely helps keep me on track with everything! I haven’t heard of the yoga one before, but I am trying to do more yoga, so definitely going to look at it!
These apps are so great! I’ve tried 3/5 of them but I still go to the Nike+ app, it’s by far my favorite

I absolutely love my FitBit!!! I will also have to check out Fooducate, that sounds neat. I use an app called ’10 Daily Yoga Poses’. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a quick routine I can do in a time bind.
My husband and I need to check this out, We are not too good when it comes to staying motivated on our fitness. Thank you for sharing.
Gonna try out the Yoga Studio one for sure! 🙂 My boyfriend is currently hooked on 8 Fit, it’s like a healthy meal idea and workout all in one 🙂
my bestfriend fitness junkie is having this fitness app obsession, and she even signed up for the fitness dating app! I will forward her this post 🙂
I really want to fit. Fitness hasn’t just about fitted. It is more about being healthy in all aspects because you love yourself.
GREAT LIST! It’s hard to sort through all of the apps out there. I know they have a new one, FitInfinite, that is like Uber for fitness lovers. It’s pretty cool.
I am a member of Myfitness pal which I really love. I want to look into Fooducate because that sounds like a great pp to use. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on it.
I don’t use many apps for fitness except what came on my apple watch. I love the apps on there.
All of these apps sound awesome but the fooducate is the most intriguing to me. I think I need to download that one!
downloading Fooducate now! I am looking to maintain a healthier lifestyle and I am very conscious of what goes in my food so thanks for the suggestion.
I use the standard health app that came with my iPhone. It helps me to stay on track with my daily goal of 10k steps.
I love my Fitbit so much! I use a program similar to My Fitness Pal called “Lose It.” There’s a free version, but I went ahead and upgraded to Premium on Black Friday because the sale was too good. Now ask me if I’ve been good about tracking my food recently…. oops.
I’ve only used the My Fitness Pal app before, but I’ll have to check out the other apps as well. What I like about the My Fitness Pal is not only I can keep track of calories and steps, but I can also keep track of my sugar and carbs intake.
Great post. I love my fitness pal, I just ordered a Fibit flex 2 my job has a healthy rewards program It is my first Fitbit, so I will see how I like it. My job also gives us points for walking/running for steps and activities to cash in for money or items in their store. I also have an apple watch and I love it too.
It’s hard to find fitness apps that work and are trusted. I plan to get back active after I recover from having my baby and will keep these in mind!
Wow, awesome recommendations to apps on health and fitness. I will try some of them, specially because fitness is top on my goals this year!
